November workshop | For men who love men
For many gay men it’s hard to build up real connections with other men. The way they interact with other men, in real life and online, can feel shallow and unsatisfying.
Are you longing for a deeper connection with yourself and others around you? Do you wish for a connected, healthy and balanced life? Do you want to improve the relationship with your body and mind? Then this might be the group for you.
What do we offer?
This upcoming November we will come together on three Saturday afternoons. During these sessions Serge, an experienced yoga teacher, will teach you practical yoga and meditation exercises to increase your body awareness. Under the guidance of René, professional trainer and coach, we share experiences of what it’s like to be gay these days. And you will get new insights on how to build up more self-acceptance.
What does this program bring you?
During the program you will learn to connect with yourself and other gay men in a safe space built on high levels of trust. The unique approach is accessible, engaging and practical.

Serge's first encounter with mindfulness started during a travelling journey through Nepal back in 2001. There he experienced his point of no return bringing drastic changes into his life: seeking spirituality while letting go of material stuff.
The search and thrive for yoga took him all around the globe attending different classes and styles. Serge teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga and his classes are a combination of challenges, centered awareness and fun. His favorite quote is 'falling 7 times, stand up 8'. It is a Japanese saying that summarizes his philosophy of life and approach to yoga.
As a professional trainer and coach René guides people who are looking to develop and build there personal values, set life goals, and find direction in there career goals.
His personal struggle to connect with himself and others has been one of the main reasons why René switched his career from a large international company to support people, and especially gay men, to find their way in life. René’s work has been recognized by the Dutch Association for Trainers and has awarded him Trainer of the Year 2017/18.
His favorite quote is from the 13th-century Persian poet Rumi: 'Out beyond ideas of wrong doing and right doing, there is a field. I will meet you there.'
